How long is the Game Time?

This is always dependent on several factors..

Your age group

The event you sign up for

Number of teams that enter

We strive for maximum game time possible / minimum waiting around within the tournament time frame

What Teams are in it?

We release teams generally 1 week before the tournament to the managers in the WhatsApp group

We have paid by website when we get confirmation?

Your payment receipt via the website is your confirmation

Providing you have entered the right age group associated with the tournament & booked yourself onto the correct level then your good to go

When do we get further information - itinerary etc?

Information, WhatsApp groups, rules, matrix will be sent to you via the email address you provided on application form generally 7-10 days before the competition date. Keep an eye on Junk mail to .. sometimes it lands there

Entry Fees - How much should we be paying for a tournament

No more than £5 per player for your typical squad of players

5v5 (8-10 players) £40-£50

7v7 (10-12 players) £50-£60

9v9 (12-14 players) £60-£70

11v11 (14-16 players) £70-£80

As you move up in format, your entry fees generally go up by £10

What are spectator fees?

Spectator fees cover the costs of all workers on the day of the event.

Referees / Tournament Staff / First aider

How much are specatator fees?

Spectator fees are Tournament dependant

HALF DAY Tournaments

£4 per attending player

FULL DAY Tournaments

£5 per attending player

Spectator fees cover all attending family members & siblings associated with each individual player whether 0 in attendance up to unlimited

Do we pay for Car Parking?

No Car Parking is free! We used to charge by car but this slowed down people getting into the venue causing unnecessary delays.

This is now technically covered apart of the spectator fees costs.

When do fixtures come out & where do we access them?

We do fixtures the evening before just in case a team enters last minute or there is a last minute drop out.

Fixtures are accessible via the live scores section of the website. Your team representative in the WhatsApp group will be informed when they are ready

What time should you get to the venue?

Aim to arrive at your tournament 30-45 minutes before your first allocated group game or Tournament start time. Be aware of possible traffic delay due to the potential number of teams arriving at the venue.

We do stagger ages group arrival times at our larger events to avoid traffic congestion

Can my team play a Year up?

It's something I try to avoid however certain circumstances I'm happy with depending if I deem fair. All Cases are judged on merit and should be spoken to me in advance first.

Can Girls teams play in Boys events?

Yes. Again it's best something that needs to be discussed with G.O.T Before entering via the website.

Normally Girls step back a year when playing against the boys into Lower or Genuine lower events

Girls Prem -Boys lower

Girls (all other divisions) Boys Genuine lower .

If a Girls team have won a Boys event elsewhere before this will be taken into consideration when placing the team
